Sending Digital Impressions

We receive digital files from all intra-oral impression scanning systems. Below are the instructions for the most popular scanners-on how to set up Crosstown in your scanner and send us files.​

  • Log into your 3Shape Communicate Portal

  • Click the Connections tab at the top and then Add Connection

  • Search for us by the email digital@crosstowndental.com

  • Click our name and Connect

  • Restart your scanner and select Crosstown Dental as your lab of choice in the order form on your Trios

  • Login to your CEREC Connect account

  • Click on My Cerec Connect

  • Enter "Crosstown Dental Lab" under Company Name and click Find

  • Check the box and click Add to complete the connection

  • Launch the CS Connect software on your scanner

  • Click the Partners button and then click Invite a Partner

  • Enter the email digital@crosstowndental.com and click Send

  • Once connection has been approved you may select either Crosstown Dental as your lab of choice whne sending future cases in CS connect

  • Call customer support at 1-800-577-8767

  • Select Option 1 and request to be connected to Crosstown Dental (204-474-0698)

  • Restart your scanner to refresh connection list and select Crosstown Dental when sending future cases

  • Log into your Medit Link account

  • Click on the Partners tab on the left-hand side

  • Click Invite Partner and enter digital@crosstowndental.com and Send
