Sending Digital Impressions
We receive digital files from all intra-oral impression scanning systems. Below are the instructions for the most popular scanners-on how to set up Crosstown in your scanner and send us files.

Log into your 3Shape Communicate Portal

Click the Connections tab at the top and then Add Connection

Search for us by the email digital@crosstowndental.com

Click our name and Connect

Restart your scanner and select Crosstown Dental as your lab of choice in the order form on your Trios

Login to your CEREC Connect account

Click on My Cerec Connect
-
Enter "Crosstown Dental Lab" under Company Name and click Find

Check the box and click Add to complete the connection

Launch the CS Connect software on your scanner

Click the Partners button and then click Invite a Partner

Enter the email digital@crosstowndental.com and click Send

Once connection has been approved you may select either Crosstown Dental as your lab of choice whne sending future cases in CS connect

Call customer support at 1-800-577-8767

Select Option 1 and request to be connected to Crosstown Dental (204-474-0698)

Restart your scanner to refresh connection list and select Crosstown Dental when sending future cases

Log into your Medit Link account

Click on the Partners tab on the left-hand side

Click Invite Partner and enter digital@crosstowndental.com and Send
